Mother’s Cake - A Manifesto of Raw Renewal – WE R ALL GONNA DIE

There are bands that simply manage their legacy. And then there is Mother’s Cake. For this band, standing still is not a state of being, but an artistic betrayal. Anyone looking at Mother’s Cake’s discography isn’t looking at a string of albums, but at a constant metamorphosis, a tireless struggle for truth in sound. After the success of “Ultra Bliss” (Embassy of Music), it would have been the easy choice to stick with that formula—but that is precisely not in this band’s DNA.

A history written in blood and sweat. Okay, I’ll admit that’s a bit of an exaggeration, but the path Mother’s Cake has taken since their inception has been like a journey through a storm. From their early days working with Ikey Owens (The Mars Volta, Jack White) on their debut “Creation’s Finest” to the world’s biggest stages, where they’ve performed alongside legends like Deftones, Iggy Pop, Limp Bizkit, Alice in Chains, and Deep Purple. They’ve rocked the arena in Vienna, played sold-out shows in Australia and South Africa, and sent audiences in India into a frenzy. This dedication has not only been rewarded with millions of streams and global chart placements; their songs can also be found in video games, TV series, and feature films. However, this history is no reason to rest on our laurels—it is the foundation for an even more radical new beginning.

The Punk Code: Back to the Source of Energy The sixth studio album, WE R ALL GONNA DIE (ESis3-RECORDS) set for release on October 9th 2026, is the most honest statement yet from a band that no longer tolerates compromise. The production has been stripped of all excess; the sound is now uncompromisingly punk, raw, and lashing. There are no more hiding places behind slick studio magic, no calculated harmonies—just pure, unfiltered intensity.

The first single, “We R All Gonna Die” (Release Date: May 7, 2026), makes it clear that the band isn’t looking back nostalgically or playing it safe. Anyone looking for the sound of yesterday won’t find it here. But if you want to hear a band that’s consistently leaving its own legacy behind to make room for new energy, this is the album for you.
This album isn’t just another rehash, but the next stop on a journey that never settles down—essentially ADHD cast in music.
